  • AD/HD COACHING

  •   ADD/ADHD Stands for Attention Deficit Disorder / Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It really isn't an attention deficit. In fact it actually is an over abundance of attention. It's just hard for an ADD or ADHD person to pay attention to only one thing at a time. It has been referred to as "Intention Deficit" by Dr L. Michael Hall.

    ADD Coaching is a partnership between two people working together to help a person with ADD accomplish goals and resolve ADD related issues. ADD coaching may help a person who has ADD with issues like procrastination, organisation, time management, etc.
